Description

Our ZZPerformance billet bypass valve is an upgrade over the stock bypass valve on your K04, Z54, Z57, or ZFR series turbo. The stock bypass is made of rubber and can eventually rip or tear, leading to reduction or lack of performance; our billet unit is sealed via an o-ring and uses a machined aluminum plunger to actuate. This billet bypass will also change the blow off noise you experience while driving, making it more pronounced. 

Includes:

• ZZP billet bypass valve
• (3x) Stainless socket head bolts
• 3x additional bypass spring

• The spring that comes pre-installed in the valve is recommended for most set ups. We suggest sticking with that spring unless your tuner mentions otherwise.  

  Fits: 2008-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt SS 2.0, 2008-2010 Chevrolet HHR SS, 2011-2013 Buick Regal 2.0L, 2007-2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP 2.0, 2007-2009 Saturn Sky Redline 2.0. Also fits Z54, Z57, ZFR 6758, and ZFR 7163 turbochargers.
